Answers to the questions From the analysis of the positivity theme, I have learned that my strength is that I provide support to the co-workers as I appreciate the efforts they put in. I can even concentrate on my own tasks. The analysis of the responsibility test suggested that I am honest and I do not try to pull the wool over the eyes of anyone. Thereby I can openly acknowledge my mistakes. I am good at communicating and my upbeat attitude helps in energising the dialogue that I deliver to the people. I am also methodical and like to gather information about things before taking a risk on it. I often want to gain new ideas to enhance my knowledge. My honesty is driven by my attitude of being open to people and to be relaxed even in pressure situations. I have been surprised at my ability to communicate with the people. This is because I had an idea that I may not be able to communicate well with the people. The fact that I can provide motivation to the people by my conversation ability is a big surprise. My natural leadership ability is also a surprise, as I had not thought of myself as a potential leader. I can put friends and strangers at ease with my ability. The reason for these being a surprising factor for me is that I am more of an introvert person and prefer to remain by myself. Interacting with people does not come naturally to me hence; the ability to lead people and encourage them has caused me to be surprised. The air of distinction that I carry can help me in the long run and therefore, the leadership ability is something that can have been portrayed as natural for me. After the results, I could resonate my skills with the profession of leadership. According to Katzenbach and Smith (2015), a leader needs to encourage employees so that they can continue to perform in the organisations. As per the results of my skill sets, I am honest and can communicate with the employees in an efficient manner. My gift of encouraging and motivating people can help me to become a good leader and continue to ensure productivity in the organisations. Thus, the two factors that I can resonate with are the communication and the responsibility. I can take up the responsibility of a team and not remain afraid of admitting any type of flaws. Thus, this can help me to become a good team leader and ensure that in future I can apply this technique to build teams and encourage people. Currently, however, I can use this skill for my personal growth as well. As stated earlier, the knowledge that I have gathered about the skills can help in the development of my professional career. The personal application can help me to become a better person and ensure that I get to encourage my people around me. Professionally, the set of skills can help me to become a responsible employee for an organisation. I can be a good team leader as well as a good team member because of my ability to communicate with people. I remain responsible and ensure can own my actions. This makes me a good person to work with. I have the ability to concentrate on the task given to me and thus, I can be flawless in the work that I undertake. My sense of optimism and enthusiasm are excellent attributes that can help me in my professional career. My greatest challenge in reaching my career goals can be the fact that I am extremely honest and a little mistake on my part gets my morale down. My feelings about not being able to live up to the expectations of the team may cause hindrance in my work progress. However, I can rely on my positive attitude and my ability to conduct good research before conducting any work. This can help me to remain flawless in the work that will be assigned to me. I can remain focused on my task and ensure that I provide the necessary assistance to my team members in completing the work. Conclusion It can be said that I have managed to identify my strengths and weaknesses in a positive and proper manner and have managed to identify ways to apply the knowledge.
